Review Time
The product works excellently and meets my expectations. I’m giving it 4 stars because my initial order was unfortunately lost, but that's more of a shipping issue than the company’s fault. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with the product.
I ordered in April and finally got it in September, but it was totally worth the wait! We now have three at home, and between those and the ducks, I think my dog is confused, thinking they're toys to destroy 🤣. They are all cherished. The charge lasts a long time, and I enjoy swapping out some keys on my keyboard to brighten my workday.
I ordered a clear duck for my husband's keyboard to see it light up with the other keys, but received a yellow duck instead. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly, acknowledged their mistake, and sent the correct duck. It took some time, but since we’re outside the USA and there was a postal strike, it was understandable. They didn’t expect the yellow duck back either. Good customer service, and we LOVE the little duck added to our collection.
