I ordered on June 1st and requested to cancel on June 5th. They claimed the order was in a state where it couldn't be canceled, which seemed odd since it hadn't even shipped yet. After a few more days without updates, I inquired again and got another excuse about it just arriving at the warehouse. If it hasn't shipped, why can't I cancel? I sent another message, and they just provided more nonsense. Don't trust this company's cancellation policy. It's been 14 days and it still hasn't shipped, despite my multiple cancellation attempts. Very shady!
