Company seems to be out of business

I placed an order about a year ago and received the item without any issues. After not using it for about five months, the laser diode broke after just three uses. I sent them photos and they promised to send a replacement. Over the next three months, I emailed several times—was told I was 'upgraded' to a better option, and informed of shipping delays twice, but then I received no further communication. When I requested a refund, there was no response. A follow-up email two weeks later bounced back, the website has disappeared, and I can’t reach anyone. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible experience with the product and support

The company processed my order and charged my card, then vanished. Their website is gone, and I have no way to contact them beyond the initial receipt. Others should definitely think twice before buying from them.

Terrible experience overall

I ordered a product online, and the website claimed it would ship within a day or two. Two weeks later, nothing had shipped. I emailed asking to either ship the item or cancel my order and refund my money. A week later, I received an email apologizing for the delay and offering a no-cost upgrade. When I asked when the upgrade would arrive, they shipped the original item instead and then denied the upgrade, claiming I didn't respond quickly enough. I tried to return the unopened item, which they initially agreed to, but then claimed I wasn't eligible. This company is a total scam—providing vague responses to justify their actions and misleading potential buyers. STAY AWAY!

Misleading discount advertisement

The company advertised a $170 discount, but the code only provided a discount of $25.50. I tried to get the correct code but they refused multiple times, making outrageous claims in the process. Very shady practices—beware!

Incessant SMS marketing issues

I have attempted to stop their daily SMS marketing messages, but each time I reply 'stop' as instructed, I get an error saying the message cannot be sent. I've reached out through all their advertised contact methods, but like others, I am being ignored. READ THE REVIEWS. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Cancellation policy seems deceptive

I ordered on June 1st and requested to cancel on June 5th. They claimed the order was in a state where it couldn't be canceled, which seemed odd since it hadn't even shipped yet. After a few more days without updates, I inquired again and got another excuse about it just arriving at the warehouse. If it hasn't shipped, why can't I cancel? I sent another message, and they just provided more nonsense. Don't trust this company's cancellation policy. It's been 14 days and it still hasn't shipped, despite my multiple cancellation attempts. Very shady!
