I sent pictures, and they promised to send a replacement. Over the next three months, I reached out multiple times; I was 'upgraded' to the next tier, told about shipping delays twice, and then received no further communication. When I requested a refund, there was no response. I emailed again two weeks later, but my message bounced back. The website is now unavailable, and I can't contact anyone. I strongly advise against making a purchase.
