After submitting a complaint and waiting over a week without any response, I received a call from one of the owners, who explained the situation. We discovered that the problem stemmed from a misunderstanding of my order dates. The owner took responsibility for the mistake and promised compensation for the inconvenience, despite my insistence that it wasn't necessary. He assured me he'd send the details via text the next day, but unfortunately, that text never came. A week later, I felt awkward following up on something I had deemed unnecessary, so I sent a polite reminder. Since then, I have heard nothing and received no compensation. While the products are of good quality, the lack of follow-up and failure to honor the promise overshadowed the initial positive interaction. I'm left feeling disappointed—more so than if no commitments had been made.
