After submitting a complaint and waiting over a week without any communication, I unexpectedly received a call from one of the owners. He clarified the situation, and we discovered that the issue stemmed from a misunderstanding of the order dates. The owner took responsibility for this mistake and promised compensation for the inconvenience, despite my insistence that it wasn't necessary. He assured me he would send the details via text the next day. However, that text never arrived. A week later, feeling uncomfortable about pursuing something I deemed unnecessary, I sent a polite reminder. Since then, I have received no response or compensation. The products themselves are excellent, and I appreciated the owner's personal call to address the issue. Nevertheless, the lack of follow-up and failure to honor his promise overshadowed that positive interaction. I am left feeling disappointed—more so than if no commitments had been made initially.
I received a sealed pack of a polymer product as a gift about a year ago and used around 15ml for three top-ups. Recently, when I tried to use it again, I found the bottle had thickened like jelly. I contacted the service and provided pictures, but they were unhelpful, insisting on proof of purchase. I explained it was a gift, but they said they couldn't assist without a receipt. Customer service was lacking, and I won't be purchasing from them again, especially since the product was stored correctly in a temperature-controlled garage.
Impressive product range. I haven't encountered anything that didn't perform well. I'm a huge fan of their specific products, particularly the wax and tyre cleaner. The shampoo is exceptional as well. I also appreciate their fragrances; some are lovely, while others are a bit sweet, but fragrance preferences are subjective. Overall, I enjoy what I like!

I purchased a fragrance spray intended to mimic a 'new car' scent, but it was unpleasant. It had a cheap deodorant smell mixed with something off-putting. My new car now carries an undesirable odor reminiscent of an old aftershave. If one believes their product smells good, they might need to reevaluate their sense of smell. It's truly disappointing.
I visited the store today while in the area and had a fantastic experience. The representative I spoke with was exceptional, listening to my needs and suggesting various solutions. They provided all the products I was looking for at a reasonable price. I'm excited to share these products with my son, who works in vehicle detailing. I believe we may switch brands, as they seem to offer great value and quality.
This product does not smell like 'new car scent' at all. Having owned several new vehicles, I can say this fragrance resembles an old aftershave more than anything else. The smell lingers but is quite unpleasant. My daughter agrees that it's not a good scent. To top it off, I was told via email that scent is subjective, but anyone who's received a new car knows the distinct smell, and this does not capture it at all. A consumer test should be conducted before launching such fragrances. One star.

I had been eager to get a specific product for a long time, but it was out of stock. In the meantime, I ordered a different item, which didn’t quite meet my needs as I had hoped.
