I used their e-commerce system for buying a small item (eye night time cover). System worked well, but that was about it!They seem to treat every purchase as if it is a 900kg sofa!!! I was supposed to get a delivery option message, never came. Talked to customer support, and promised return calls, never came. It was shipped around the country and they still wanted to schedule a delivery to me.It was a 0.5kg package!!! Get with the times Dufresne, send by UPS, would have saved your company a ton of handling costs and resulted in a happy customer. Ordered it Dec 5, received it Jan 7 and went to pick it up from a local drop off point. WTF!!! 🤬 Your e-commerce team should come into the 21st century and update their antiquated practices, policies and procedures. Pathetic!No comment from my request to speak to an executive. Like to hide I guess.Beware
