The staggering level of incompetence at this company astounds.Twice now in one year they have disconnected power to the wrong apartment. After the last incident we were assured that the problem had been corrected and would not happen again. It did in fact happen again, and this time while we were out of the house for a few days, causing us to lose the entire contents of the fridge and freezer.Oh, and when I called for help with the problem, I even asked if it was possible that they'd disconnected the wrong apartment again, and was repeatedly shouted over that this was not the case. So in short:Competence: 0/10Service: 0/10Honesty: 1/10 (and only because the tech onsite admitted they'd disconnected the wrong apartment, again)
