The customer service was unacceptable. I received a tin of beard balm that was half empty. I emailed the company with a photo as proof, but they claimed this was normal. I insisted it was not, but they dismissed my concerns, saying the product had been stored improperly. They seemed completely uninterested. This was my first experience with their products, and it will definitely be my last. I feel like they are just trying to take your money. Stay away.
