I intended to upgrade from a previous brand, but this soap is a significant downgrade. It lacks any real texture and feels almost completely smooth. The scents are faint and somewhat artificial. It resembles a more premium version of a basic product. Overall, it's not quality soap, and I'm really let down that I now have to either use or give away four bars. I do appreciate the support for the military, so I’ll give one star for that.

The customer service was unacceptable. I received a tin of beard balm that was half empty. I emailed the company with a photo as proof, but they claimed this was normal. I insisted it was not, but they dismissed my concerns, saying the product had been stored improperly. They seemed completely uninterested. This was my first experience with their products, and it will definitely be my last. I feel like they are just trying to take your money. Stay away.
I paid $9.99 for a small tube of face lotion. I bought one for dry skin, but I have to apply it 3 to 4 times a day, and I hardly have dry skin. The tube lasted only 4 or 5 days, and there's no way I'm spending around $60 a month on lotion. The only product I like is the solid cologne. The soap is too large and pulls hair off my chest.
I can't really comment on the company itself since I've only used a third-party platform for my orders. I purchased the midnight swim deodorant, and I think it's fantastic. It smells great and lasts all day. I would recommend this deodorant to anyone.

However, when I checked the tracking, it showed it hadn't shipped yet, with the label created just minutes before their email. Why mislead customers when they can verify the information?
