On 21st December, I received a message indicating that a hamper would be delivered that morning via a delivery service. Since I was at Church at that time, I requested a redelivery for the following day. The delivery service agreed, but on Monday, I was informed that there was an "issue" and the hamper was being returned. I have received no further information from either party. The hamper was a gift from my sister. I had a disappointing experience with both companies and will not be using their services again. I strongly recommend others to steer clear.
