On 21st December, I received a message indicating that I would receive a hamper that morning through a delivery service at a specific time. Since I was at Church then, I requested a redelivery for the next day. The delivery service agreed, but on Monday, I received a notification stating there was an "issue" and the hamper was being sent back. No further updates were provided by either party. The hamper was a gift from my sister. I had a terrible experience with both companies and will not use their services again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.
My hamper was not delivered because the wrong postcode was entered, even though the delivery address was correct. Consequently, the hamper was returned to the warehouse. They refused to refund my money, leaving me out of pocket. According to consumer laws, the seller is responsible for ensuring the product reaches the buyer. Customer service has been entirely unhelpful and unresponsive, with no direct communication for over a month. Additionally, a friend ordered a hamper for me that was left outside my home without any notice, risking damage or theft. It's very disappointing, especially for a company with a royal warrant. I will not engage with this company again and will advise others similarly.
I am extremely disappointed with this company, especially given their royal warrant. I had a game pie from this company and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best I've ever had! Additionally, the three rib joint of beef was incredible, melting in my mouth. My experience was outstanding, and I look forward to ordering again next year!
