They refused to refund my money, leaving me out of pocket. According to consumer laws, the seller is responsible for ensuring the product reaches the buyer. Customer service has been entirely unhelpful and unresponsive, with no direct communication for over a month. Additionally, a friend ordered a hamper for me that was left outside my home without any notice, risking damage or theft. It's very disappointing, especially for a company with a royal warrant. I will not engage with this company again and will advise others similarly.
