I ordered a two rib roast for Christmas, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. A third of it was fat, and the rest was tough and unappetizing. I reached out with a photo, but aside from an automated reply, I’ve heard nothing back. I had good experiences previously, but I will look elsewhere next time.
