My Christmas order was supposed to arrive on 23rd December, but what arrived contained entirely the wrong items. After a lengthy call with customer service, I was told my actual delivery was still in the warehouse and wouldn’t arrive until 24th December. On Christmas Eve, I still hadn’t received any confirmation. I had to go to the supermarket last minute, which was exactly what I wanted to avoid. I received a refund but no apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Why would I order from them again?
