I am extremely disappointed with this company, especially given their royal warrant. I placed an order in November for a New Year's Eve gathering, but only received a small parcel the day before that lacked key ingredients for two courses. A note explained they were unable to fulfill the order, ruining our plans. I will never use this company again—beware!
