I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered a Christmas hamper for a kind neighbor who has helped me while I was recovering from an injury. I was notified by the courier that they were waiting for the item to be dispatched. On the delivery date, nothing arrived. Customer service confirmed that the hamper had been prepared but never made it to the courier, and there were no more hampers available. Although the representative was apologetic and issued a refund, I was upset that I couldn’t give my neighbor a lovely Christmas gift. The only positive was the professionalism of the customer service staff.
