On 21st December, I received a message indicating that I would receive a hamper that morning through a delivery service at a specific time. Since I was at Church then, I requested a redelivery for the next day. The delivery service agreed, but on Monday, I received a notification stating there was an "issue" and the hamper was being sent back. No further updates were provided by either party. The hamper was a gift from my sister. I had a terrible experience with both companies and will not use their services again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.
