I wrote a review on their website, which looks they haven’t accepted as it’s still not showing a week later. Nor have I had a reply from them.
I recently ordered the Wagyu steaks, and while they arrived well-packaged and in good condition, I was surprised by how thin they were. The product images on the website show much thicker cuts, so the actual steaks did not match my expectations. I reached out to customer service to ask whether this thickness was intentional, but unfortunately, I have not received a response after several days. Considering the order total was nearly £200, I found the lack of communication disappointing. That said, the quality of the steak itself is good — the flavour is enjoyable. However, because the cuts are so thin, it’s difficult to cook them to your preferred doneness as they cook very quickly. Overall, while the taste is nice, the misleading thickness and lack of customer service response left me feeling underwhelmed with the experience
