I wrote a review on their website, which looks they haven’t accepted as it’s still not showing a week later. Nor have I had a reply from them.
I recently ordered the Wagyu steaks, and while they arrived well-packaged and in good condition, I was surprised by how thin they were. The product images on the website show much thicker cuts, so the actual steaks did not match my expectations. I reached out to customer service to ask whether this thickness was intentional, but unfortunately, I have not received a response after several days. Considering the order total was nearly £200, I found the lack of communication disappointing. That said, the quality of the steak itself is good — the flavour is enjoyable. However, because the cuts are so thin, it’s difficult to cook them to your preferred doneness as they cook very quickly. Overall, while the taste is nice, the misleading thickness and lack of customer service response left me feeling underwhelmed with the experience
I lived in Stamford Lincolnshire for 10 years so got used to high quality produce. I even considered driving back there for supplies, then I spotted Dukeshills advert. Ordering was straightforward. Food arrived very well packaged. The bacon was second to none. I had some for my tea. Couldn't eat it all, I love the taste and quality so much (and also am that tight), that I saved it until today and had it cold in a sandwich, it was divine. I also had the black pudding, excellent, rich, delicious quality, also saved until today and eaten cold. If I eat breakfast out, the quality of it's black pudding can make or break the meal for me. I love your products, and I urge your prospective customers to believe the hype. I will be ordering again. Thank you.
We had our first oder last week 14th February its well packed with ice bags and in one of those ice cold bags too we also got a £10 for our texted order and the service is excellent and the food is to die for highly recommended
I found no issues with my experience. The selection of products is extensive and of outstanding quality (so delicious!). Delivery was on the selected date and free for reasonably sized orders. My first order arrived as scheduled, well-protected in an insulated box. We're very pleased and enjoying our steak, smoked turkey, and chipolatas.
I purchased some cheeses for the holidays and was thoroughly pleased. The creamy Stilton was delightful, and the cheddar was excellent as well. I'm still enjoying them. The delivery was prompt, and everything arrived in a well-packaged box with an ice pack. I have no complaints whatsoever.
The bacon quality is exceptional, reminiscent of what my grandmother used to make. Wonderful flavor, and no white residue in the pan when frying the rashers. I just have to be mindful that it’s a bit pricier than store-bought options. However, you truly get what you pay for. Being on a pension, it’s a consideration, but the rashers have a delightful flavor. I'll definitely treat myself again, thank you.
Our good friends treated us to a gift voucher. I ordered various items from the catalogue. What a fantastic idea and service! Everything was well packed, even with frozen ice bags in the box. Our package included pies, bacon steaks, and sausages. The pork sausages are probably the best I've ever tasted—superb. Compared to cheap supermarket options, there’s no comparison. A truly great gift experience for someone special. Quality is 100%. Is it expensive? Of course!
