Our movers were absolutely fantastic! From beginning to end, they exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and great care with all of our belongings. They worked swiftly without any sense of rush and handled everything—particularly fragile items and furniture—with genuine care and respect. They were friendly and communicative, transforming what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and easy one. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely request these movers again and recommend them to anyone planning a move.
I am very unhappy with my experience. Everything seemed fine until the moving team arrived at my destination. They informed me that their truck couldn't access the complex, which is quite spacious, and they wanted to charge me an additional $350 to rent a smaller vehicle. I refused and opted to rent a truck myself for just $56. I still haven't finished unpacking, mostly my clothes remain, but some items were damaged, and I didn't receive three boxes containing my collection of small coffee cups and a floor lamp. I strongly advise caution when selecting a moving service; ensure you check their reputation.
