Excellent!! Arrived promptly on the first day, and worked like trojans all day packing the bulk of my belongings, coming back the following day to pack up the larger items of furniture (including a piano!) and all the garden/shed items before a 4 hour drive to the final destination.

I booked a removal service well in advance and later changed the dates, which was confirmed via email. After that, communication ceased. Despite several attempts to confirm my booking, I received no response until the last minute, when I was informed of a date change that was not acceptable. Their lack of understanding regarding the impact of such changes was frustrating. Thankfully, I found another company quickly. I wouldn't trust this service for any future needs.
