The solicitor was initially helpful, but has now not responded to any of my important emails for a long time. He also ignores my emails requesting updates.
He is my assigned solcitor, and my health is at risk due to my nature of my case which I won’t disclose the details of my health, but this is unprofessional treatment from Duncan Lewis to ignore this case. I’ve made a complaint to attempt to resolved with matter and aim to come to a resolution.
