Same as everyone else. Ordered a white puffer rocking chair from TikTok for £36. After a while I realised that the tracking information was for something that had me confused for days! It was a wooden jewellery bead, I hadn’t made the connection that that was my order delivered. I have contacted their support but they just link out to the tracking which shows delivered. I have since contacted them again but I doubt they will reply. I have raised a dispute with my bank now. SCAM. AVOID.
