Ordered a big puffy chair for my daughter on the 2.2.26 that I saw on tictok, I received an email to say that it has been shipped. Totally forgot about it until today. Checked the emails, website no longer available. Looked on here and read that some received 2 random beads through the post. I did actually receive a random bead a few weeks ago so I guess I won’t be receiving my chair. Site is closed down now but I’m sure they will pop up under another name. I hope they get caught one day!!!!!!!
I made the rookie mistake of not checking the reviews first. I bought their puffer chair, and received a bead. No, you didn't read that wrong. A single tiny bead. And when I tried to contact support, I noticed the website was taken down so consider me completely scammed. Great.

Now my emails aren’t sending
SCAMMERS! Do not attempt to buy a rocking chair from Dune Decor! I received a tiny ceramic bead in the post and had no idea why so googled the address on packet - 153, Blakeney Way, Cannock, WS11 8LD and it listed several companies found to be operating fraudulently. This bead has been sent instead of the chair which had been paid for at £36 from my bank account. Item ordered not received. The company do not respond to emails but use AI to suggest response will be forthcoming. I'm led to believe they are allowed to continue trading as they have sent something despite not being at all close to the item ordered! I am generally very savvy with internet purchases but sadly not on this occasion and I see there have been many caught out in recent month, like me. Hoping bank will resolve via chargeback.
If I could leave zero stars I would, so I stupidly ordered one of those chairs, I then cancelled the order to receive an email back stating I would get a refund in 7 days, that was on the 16th. Today I have received my expensive £36 plastic red bead like everyone else. I have raised it with my bank and hopefully will be refunded.
