Brought a bathroom cabinet, built it and attached to the wall. The last job was fitting the handles, but they were faulty. Spoke to C S via chat and they advised me i would need to take it down, dismantle it, send it back and have a replacement sent out, rebuild it, and refix it. Alternatively can iffer me a 15% discount (but i still own a non-working cabinet) Unable to just send me new handles apparently??
Nice product otherwise, just no customer service or willingness to rectify their errors post sale.
Have just moved house and was planning to buy more products from them, but if they are unable to fully support customers when things go wrong I will take my custom elsewhere. Shame.
