I went to Dunelm in Farnborough. I expected the item I wanted was in stock, a wedge pillow, but it was not. However the staff helped me to order it into store to collect. The Pillow arrived a day early and well packaged. It's a nice item and comes in its own storage bag which is very useful. I am pleased with the in store and ordering service.
