Absolutely disgraceful customer service whilst trying to find out why my made to measure curtains were 5 weeks late with no communication or refund from Dunelm. Once they got to the bottom of it after 4 weeks of chasing by me rather than making the order a priority they cancelled the order and said I had to reorder when I hadn't even received a refund. Use a local company who may care about there customers.
Still not received the credit or price match as promised due to delay and fabric now at a higher price!
