The bedding we wanted was not available in the shop so ordered for delivery to shop. The order said delivery would be Wednesday 18th February. When it didn't arrived we checked tracking and it had not been processed. We went onto chat and was told it could be 72 more hours.Another week later still not showing on tracking as processed. We tried to cancel but told we couldn't cancel as it is being processed?
