Dune is one of my favourite brands and I have many pairs of shoes which I love and customer service has been always amazing. Until Last Friday. I stopped by in London Liverpool Street station branch and was extremely disappointed of service I received. No one paid attention when I walked in and browsed around. It took me good 5 minutes until I got staff attention as I wanted to ask for my size. It felt that I’ve disturbed 3 ladies who work there, they seemed too busy talking about holidays. Once I got the pair of sandals I wanted no one checked on me to see if I needed more assistance which I did. I wanted to try other sandals as well but I decided to leave. Poor service put me off. I don’t think I will be coming back to Dune any time soon.
