The service promises 24-hour delivery. However, due to a high volume of orders, they couldn't meet this commitment. I understand that this time of year can be hectic, but it took them five days to process my refund after I requested a cancellation. They spent more time arguing about the refund than it would have taken to simply issue it, which is quite perplexing. A refund should be processed quickly, and I might have considered using them again; now, that's not an option. I cannot endorse this service due to this frustrating experience.
