Having never tried this service before, I was unsure of what to expect. I'm happy to report that my online shopping experience was outstanding. The pricing was fair, the communication was thorough, the delivery was prompt, and the product arrived well-packaged. While I understand this time of year can be busy, it took them five days to process my refund after I requested a cancellation. They spent more time arguing about the refund than it would have taken to issue it, which is quite baffling. A refund should be a quick process, and I might have considered returning; however, after this experience, I will not. I cannot recommend this service based on this disappointing incident.
