The service states it offers 24-hour delivery. Unfortunately, due to a surge in orders, they were unable to fulfill this promise. While I understand this time of year can be busy, it took them five days to process my refund after I requested a cancellation. They spent more time arguing about the refund than it would have taken to issue it, which is quite baffling. A refund should be a quick process, and I might have considered returning; however, after this experience, I will not. I cannot recommend this service based on this disappointing incident.
