For the past month I experienced very poor customer service at store # 301852Drive true wait time is more then 10-15 minutes each time. Couple of times microphone was not working. Other times you can not hear clerks at all and you are forced to order at the window, witch makes it even longer wait time. Few times you are forced to pay cash because card machine is not working. When you order they give you old and nasty drinks ( in my case ice green tea ) very very poor customer service.The only reason I go back to it ( hoping this time is going to be OK ) is because it is the only DD in the area that has a drive true This store is definitely giving DD a bad rep
