The service has been awful, and the refund policy is frustrating. I've been waiting for weeks to receive my money back since November 26, despite providing the necessary details multiple times. The app should include refund features like other places do. Additionally, the ice machine at the location is down, yet they can still make cold drinks, which is confusing.
I would give zero stars if possible for the Dunkin in Bloomfield, NY. The customer service and coffee quality were both terrible. They really need to clean their filters and fix their machines! I suggest avoiding this location—it's a disaster!
I ordered a Dunkacino while leaving town for work, but it was watery and lacked flavor. After calling and speaking with the manager, I was told to come in for a remake, but when I returned, they had no record of my request. The manager's response was dismissive, which left me feeling disrespected. I won’t be returning.
