So Dunkin Donuts decided to get rid of employees and have customers use the kiosk. I went in to get 3 donuts for my husband and I and 25 minutes later I finally left the store. Problem #1 there was only one kiosk, had 2 customers in front of me and they took 7 minutes to complete their orders. #2 I didn't want to use the drive thru since I wanted to see what donuts were available. #3 kiosk didn't list donut I wanted. #3 customers in the drive thru line were getting served first. #4 When I pointed out that the donut I wanted wasn't listed woman was rude and told me she would give what i wanted when it was my turn and to just order any donut. #5 Woman forgot to ask me and tried to give me donut I ordered for replacement. 5 customers in the store and 3 said they would never return including me. Well I guess you won't need an extra employee after all.
