Ordered ahead early one morning before work. Was told “everything is in the bag”. Well, I got to work and was missing an item. Once you leave, good luck getting any help if you go back. Their chat has been down for “maintenance” for over a week. I emailed multiple times without even receiving an automated response. I called three times, with the longest wait time being 15 minutes. Nobody likes being charged for items they never received and getting absolutely nowhere trying to get a simple refund. I think it’s time to find another company that actually cares about their customers.
