Don't order online from this company. I ordered a Christmas selection in December for my daughter's school Christmas Market and got a message to say the item had been damaged in transit so wouldn't be delivered. I have since contacted them by email 3 times for a refund and heard nothing back. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use them again!! Would give zero stars if I could!

Mobile app orders seem ineligible for refunds here, forcing me to rely on customer service, which has been a nightmare. I provided all the necessary details in my initial email, yet it seems like the different departments don’t communicate with each other. Overall, the service has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

Ordered ahead early one morning before work. Was told “everything is in the bag”. Well, I got to work and was missing an item. Once you leave, good luck getting any help if you go back. Their chat has been down for “maintenance” for over a week. I emailed multiple times without even receiving an automated response. I called three times, with the longest wait time being 15 minutes. Nobody likes being charged for items they never received and getting absolutely nowhere trying to get a simple refund. I think it’s time to find another company that actually cares about their customers.
Ordered some donuts online as a treat for the kids. They arrived completely squashed and unappetizing. I sent photos to the company, who said they would issue a refund. After two weeks and numerous emails and messages, I'm still waiting. Now, there are no replies from them. Avoid this service and consider alternatives instead. What I received was absolutely shocking.

Also, be cautious with cold drinks; they often contain mostly ice. When I tried to express my concerns, the staff became rude and defensive. It seems they prioritize quantity over quality. I expected better from a well-known brand.
