The staff was very rude. The ordering system is flawed; items shown on the screen may not actually be available. When it's your turn, they ask you to choose something else. Also, be cautious with cold drinks; they often contain mostly ice. When I tried to express my concerns, the staff became rude and defensive. It seems they prioritize quantity over quality. I expected better from a well-known brand.
