Utrecht store is evidently now hiring people who can't read. On June 4, after ordering and paying, we waited and watched a man try for 10 minutes to fill one small box with 5 donuts, 4 of which were the same kind. He had to ask his female colleague (who was on the phone) to get the first 4 correct. He didn't even realize for the first few minutes that he was going to need a box... The entire time we were in the store (nearly 15 minutes) nobody walked out with a single donut. When we informed the woman that they could keep our money and eat the donuts, the man was still trying to figure out how to work the register...the woman was still on the phone. We live in Utrecht, but our family has officially stopped eating Dunkin Donuts, and started a boycott group in Oog in Al.
