This is my second time ordering through the app, and the ice machine was out of service yet again. I can't get a refund unless I call, and when I do, it takes days or weeks to resolve the issue. It's frustrating that the store doesn’t have a feature to inform customers about availability. Their customer service has been unhelpful; I’m still waiting for a refund from before Thanksgiving. It's hard for many to navigate this, especially if they don’t speak English. Other establishments manage refunds much better. Mobile app orders seem ineligible for refunds here, forcing me to rely on customer service, which has been a nightmare. I provided all the necessary details in my initial email, yet it seems like the different departments don’t communicate with each other. Overall, the service has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
