At a self-checkout, I faced an incredibly rude staff member who reacted aggressively when I asked for her name to file a complaint. She did nothing to assist, complicating the situation instead. When I requested to speak with the manager, she claimed she couldn't provide the name because the manager was on a break, despite being seen chatting with another employee. This experience was hard to believe, and I will be submitting a complaint, expecting an in-person apology from the staff member.
