I faced a very rude staff member at the self-checkout who responded disrespectfully when I asked for her name to file a complaint. I requested to speak with the manager, but she claimed the manager was on break, even though she was seen chatting with another employee. This experience was frustrating, and I intend to file a formal complaint, expecting an apology from the staff member.

A very rude female staff member at the checkout refused to process my payment for two items, stating that we weren't buying cigarettes, even though she served the previous customer. She then simply walked away from us. I strongly advise avoiding this location!
I tried to return a €10 item from an online order in-store but was denied a refund because I didn't have the physical dispatch note. I believed an order number or account details would suffice, as is standard with most retailers. I was told to either make another trip after contacting customer service or accept an exchange under confusing conditions. This approach is outdated and disproportionate for a €10 item. The checkout process did not clearly state that a paper document was required for in-store returns.

Parents with children should avoid this location due to discriminatory practices regarding parking spaces. Management has restricted family spaces to accommodate only disabled parking, which is unacceptable. I witnessed security treating parents unfairly while allowing others to park without issue. This led to a distressing situation for families needing to shop.
