If they can't turn up for the sales pitch, why would I trust them to turn up for the job? After a cold call I thought I'd go for the free no obligation quote. They will only come when both my wife and I are home rather than daytime when I work at home. They called 3 times to confirm I would still be there and the appointment was still on. On the day, twenty minutes after they were due to arrive I got a call saying they would be an hour late. After 3 calls to make sure I'm in, they can't call to let me know their rep is running late? I understand things come up, but if you're running late at one appointment surely it stands to reason you'd be late for the following ones?!I should have looked at the rest of the reviews in the 1st place.
