The installation was carried out swiftly and with professionalism. However, I've had to request multiple visits to address problems with faulty windows that won’t open. One technician suggested that I should wiggle the handle to get them to work. I had these installed between February and May of this year, and I shouldn't have to struggle to open them. Additionally, I have weakened wrists due to age and injuries, and currently, I can only open 4 out of 8 windows.
