I purchased a pair of knee-high boots for my wife last December. After less than a year of occasional wear, the soles started to separate completely. It’s disappointing because my wife loved them, and they fit well. When I reached out to customer support, they called it 'wear and tear' and offered no resolution. Boots at this price should be of higher quality and last longer. I recommend avoiding this brand.
