I purchased a pair of boots in October, and I haven't worn them excessively. However, the heels have deteriorated so fast that I now need to replace them. After investing a significant amount in handmade boots, I didn’t expect this issue after just three months! I contacted customer service, shared photos of the problem, and they said it wasn't a faulty product, so they can't help. This will incur additional costs, which is unacceptable for a premium item. Very disappointing. Based on other reviews, I see I'm not alone in raising this issue. Unfortunately, they don’t seem interested in keeping their customers. I was thinking about getting a second pair but have changed my mind.

Tracking showed the boots hadn’t even been sent. I reached out multiple times, receiving friendly but unhelpful replies. My request to speak to a manager was ignored. Finally, the boots arrived without any notification or apology. I wanted to discuss my experience but received no response. I expected at least an apology and a refund for the postage. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and despite my fondness for the products, I won’t be making any further purchases.

It’s clear that your designs cater to real women, combining craftsmanship, comfort, and confidence. I do have a small request: the Freya in red is stunning, but the heel is a bit too high for me. I would love to see that beautiful red in other comfortable styles. A splash of color can brighten the day, and just because some of us are older doesn’t mean we don’t want vibrant options. Please consider adding that lovely red to more styles. Thank you for creating such wonderful boots that empower women with every design.
I can’t relate to the negative reviews; my first experience was excellent. The sizing was accurate, the fit was beautiful, and the refund for an exchange was processed quickly. They also responded promptly to my email. I would definitely shop here again.

Having bought many boots over the years that have lasted well, I was confident ordering another pair. However, this time the boots arrived with loose stitching on one side and something sticky on the zipper. I sent photos to customer support, but they only suggested arranging a return online. For the price I paid for faulty boots, I expected better service. I should have checked recent reviews before ordering.
