The customer service was very lacking. The products are of good quality; my first pair lasted a decade. When I needed a new pair this year, I had to order online. Despite the high price, I had to pay for postage. I received an email the day after ordering confirming dispatch, but on the expected delivery date, nothing arrived. Tracking showed the boots hadn’t even been sent. I reached out multiple times, receiving friendly but unhelpful replies. My request to speak to a manager was ignored. Finally, the boots arrived without any notification or apology. I wanted to discuss my experience but received no response. I expected at least an apology and a refund for the postage. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and despite my fondness for the products, I won’t be making any further purchases.
