IGNORE DUO RESPONSE- I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK.WARNING!!! This company will not issue a refund and blame Royal Mail for the issues. Ensure you follow up and check every return as the emphasis is on you chasing to ensure you get your money back. Possibly a way of keeping customers cash? Seems very suspicious to me! Three weeks in and I’m still waiting for my £500! I have spent more than two hours on their ‘bot’ as you cannot speak to a real person. Their idea of customer service is shocking and having spent hours trying to get my refund for boots which were the wrong size, I am at a loss as to why people would order from them.
