Duolingo accused me of cheating during a test, claiming I used another app, without providing any proof. I was treated like a liar and given no fair chance to challenge the accusation.
As a result, my test was invalidated and I missed a university application deadline, which had serious consequences for my academic plans. For a service used in university admissions, this lack of transparency and fairness is unacceptable. I do not recommend this platform
